• Condition: Good. There is some rusting pitting on the tension rods and hoops. Not all tension rods are original; some are mismatched but works great. There is some chrome flaking on the shell. A Pulaski County band is engraved into the front, which adds a cool touch. US engraved into the inner shell. Brand new heads are up and down. Please check photos for condition!!
